Calocurb is designed to work around your lifestyle. Start gradually and build up to the standard dose of two capsules twice daily, taken one hour before meals.
Days 1–2: 1 capsule daily 
Days 3–4: 1 capsule twice daily 
Day 5+: 2 capsules twice daily (max 4 capsules/day)
Always taken on an empty stomach approx. 1-2 hours before a meal.
